    Receiving real estate deeds from the Agricultural Real Registry Offices after being classified at the level of intra-precinct’s villages

    Classifying the real estate deeds at the level of lots and distributing them to the entry groups

    After entering the real estate deed data, the enterer is to preliminarily review the entered data

    Referring the real estate deeds to the review groups to be reviewed thereby, and to be corrected at once upon observation of errors

    Entered data is to be spot-checked by the Ministry of Justice’s authorized committee so that the entered data be collated with the paperlike real estate deeds

    A recipient review committee is to primarily spot-check 10% out of the entered data for approving the corporate performance and efficacy: the error percentage is not exceeding 0.7% out of the entire entered data

    The provisional real estate deed databases are to be delivered to the Real Registry’s Mainframe Computer Center

    Data is to databased and transferred categorically free and clear of technical errors (100% true) to the Main Database at the Mainframe Computer Center

    The preceding steps shall be iterated at the level of the Precinct; viz. the data of each precinct is to be delivered separately

    Via the executive application, the Company is to report the work progress and to work out any difficulties that might appear during the data entry process

    The data entry centers in the Delta and Upper Egypt are operating two shifts per day; each shift lasts for 7 hrs
